Plane makes emergency landing at Okla. airport
Tuesday, September 7th, 2010OKLAHOMA CITY — A FedEx cargo plane has made an emergency landing at Will Rogers World Airport. Airport spokeswoman Karen Carney says the FedEx Airbus A306 was en route from Memphis to Denver when a light indicated there may have been smoke in the cargo hold area.

Metro closing late because of FedEx Field game

Monday, September 6th, 2010I think it is time to make the FedEx Cup playoffs a real playoff event. I don’t know of any sport in which a team or player can skip a playoff event, based on previous performance, and be eligible to advance. Points should be used only to qualify for the playoffs, with the best 125 being advanced.
