FedEx ready for its busiest day of the year

Monday is likely to mark the busiest day ever for FedEx, which expects to move 17 million packages through the air and on the ground. UPS estimates it will deliver more than 25 million packages on its peak day, Dec. 22. And the U.S. Postal Service predicts it will process 801 million pieces of mail on Dec. 20, its busiest day.
