April 11th, 2009 All stampsA 35-year-old mother of three who illegally received $10,479 in food stamps won’t spend any time in prison, but will be on probation for three years and must pay $6,937 in restitution under a sentence handed down Thursday by U.S. District Court Senior Judge Charles Lovell.
